The Role

  • Lead the design and implementation of a future-focused reward and benefits strategy.
  • Oversee the full reward lifecycle, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and pay reviews.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape executive and operational reward initiatives.
  • Enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with People Partners and Business Leaders.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements to ensure best-in-class reward practices.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, with two direct reports.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive experience in reward strategy, total rewards, and benchmarking.
  • Background in a multinational or top-tier consultancy.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at a strategic level.
  • Experience managing benefit programs and leading a team.
  • Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
