The Role
- Lead the design and implementation of a future-focused reward and benefits strategy.
- Oversee the full reward lifecycle, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and pay reviews.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape executive and operational reward initiatives.
- Enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with People Partners and Business Leaders.
- Drive innovation and process improvements to ensure best-in-class reward practices.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, with two direct reports.
The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience in reward strategy, total rewards, and benchmarking.
- Background in a multinational or top-tier consultancy.
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at a strategic level.
- Experience managing benefit programs and leading a team.
- Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
