Job description
HRM are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Search Consultant with a strong technical background to join our team.
This is a pivotal role within our firm, where you will lead the full lifecycle of executive search assignments. As a Senior Search Consultant, you will develop and cultivate strong relationships with clients primarily within the Irish manufacturing space, understanding their strategic needs and developing tailored search strategies to attract top talent. You will employ a comprehensive and innovative approach to candidate sourcing, leveraging your network, research skills, and in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing sector to identify and engage exceptional candidates. You will conduct rigorous candidate assessments, utilizing the full range of assessment tools at HRM's disposal to ensure alignment with client requirements. You will manage the candidate experience with professionalism and empathy, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a smooth transition for successful placements.
You will contribute to the firm's growth and success through proactive participation in business development initiatives and strategic planning within the technical sector.
You must have demonstrable success in a previous search role, ideally with experience in technical engineering and manufacturing. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a strategic mindset applied to technical challenges. A passion for talent identification and placement, with a deep understanding of the executive recruitment landscape. You will be self-motivated and results-oriented, with a collaborative approach. A Bachelor's degree is required (Master's degree preferred) in a technical field or related discipline.
