This is one of several operations the business run here and is in a phase of expansion.

As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Project Engineering Lead to join their site engineering team. This opportunity has arisen as a result of an internal restructure and is one of several key operations the business is advancing here.

The Position

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for capital funding requests, as well as the reporting and governance of key site projects across multiple engineering and operational disciplines.

  • Reporting into the Sire Engineering Manager this role sits within the wider engineering department and will work alongside a peer group of project engineers.
  • You will collaborate with the organization's PMO and capital governance team, overseeing the governance and delivery of all projects at the Tullamore campus.
  • You will lead the delivery of key projects including - communication system upgrades, electrical installations, loop testing & validation of circuits, lighting upgrades, equipment installations etc.
  • Align best practice project management techniques to ensure a streamlined approach to project delivery.
  • Map timelines and budget plans accordingly and report to the business on key updates.

The Person

  • Hold a third level degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years working in a project engineering position.
  • Should have a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering capital projects.
  • Be collaborative in your approach to work and be an effective communicator.
  • Must possess knowledge and understanding of cGMP environment.
  • Have a high level of accountability and meticulous attention to detail.
