Job description

HRM Search Partners have been exclusively retained to appoint an experienced HR Operations Partner to join a dynamic, future-focused organisation during a time of transformation based in Dublin City Centre. This newly created role offers the chance to support HR operations and contribute to a progressive people strategy.

The Role:

As HR Operations Partner, you will lead the delivery of core HR services, ensuring excellence across employee life-cycle processes, systems, and compliance to ensure seamless HR support across the business. This role plays a pivotal part in continuous improvement initiatives, data-driven decision making, and the execution of HR projects aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Delivery of efficient and compliant HR operations across the full employee life-cycle.
  • Optimise the HRIS (Personio), ensuring accurate data, reporting, and user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and service delivery.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aligned with organisational priorities and transformation goals.
  • Ensure HR compliance with employment law, data protection, and internal governance standards.

The Person

We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused HR professional with strong operational expertise, a customer service mindset and a passion for driving improvement. Ideally you will hold circa 5 years HR experience as a HR Generalist/HR Advisor.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR operations or shared services role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, particularly Personio or equivalent
  • Ability to analyse and present HR data to inform strategic decisions
  • Track record of delivering process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Experience managing external HR service providers or vendors
  • Strong employment law knowledge and HR compliance expertise. Candidate must have Irish experience in providing Employee Relations support to line managers and staff.
  • Excellent excellent organisational skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
