Job description
We've partnered with an international multi-service provider specialising in a variety of facility services across the healthcare, hospitality and manufacturing industries. The role is General Manager, based in their production site & head office Dublin.
The Role
- Managing operations plans, budgets and performance targets while contributing to the group operational efficiency.
- Continue to grow and develop the Team while implementing succession plans including ongoing training and development initiatives.
- Liaising with the commercial teams to develop strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of workplace safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and implementing best practices to protect employees.
The Person
- Experience leading a large team within a high output production environment.
- You must demonstrate strong cost management experience and a proven background of enhancing the profitability of an operation.
- Excellent contract management/procurement experience.
- Strong distribution skills, and a customer centric approach would be preferable.
