As a HRM Contract Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building and executing contracting solutions in a dynamic environment across a diverse range of client organisations, including International Pharmaceutical, Bio-pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Food & Beverage industry sectors. You will use your technical and functional expertise to help our clients find and hire only the very best talent that will support their own performance goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Partner and collaborate with high-quality contract professionals across various sectors.
  • Manage the contract recruitment cycle from engagement with both the candidate and client.
  • Work effectively to ensure a high-performance culture and engage in continuous improvement activities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market insights to provide expert guidance to our clients and candidates.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking and market mapping.
  • Work alongside colleagues on a range of research, marketing and business development initiatives.

We would especially love to hear from you if:

  • You have previous experience in Contract Recruitment or Technical Recruitment. This is desirable.
  • You are motivated by working towards KPI's and personal goals.
  • You have prior experience in a demanding customer-centric organisation.
  • You have a sound commercial mindset and a high level of confidence in negotiating both with clients and candidates are among your strengths.
  • You possess the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, challenging where necessary.
  • You have a proven ability to prioritise and work accurately to tight deadlines.
  • You work with a customer centric approach to problem solving.
