Key responsibilities and specialisms:

Aisling is our Director of Engineering Practice in Ireland, where she leads the specialised engineering selection team and technical contracting business. Aisling holds commercial responsibility for new business development and client relationships across a broad range of domestic and international industry sectors including Pharma, Medical Device, FMCG, Consumer Products and Manufacturing Business Services.

​Experience:  With over 10 years’ experience in the business, starting her career with HRM in 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant, Aisling has worked across a number of key positions within the business. Aisling has successfully supported client organisations with executive appointments, interim and consulting solutions as well as advisory services.

​

​Education / Awards:  Aisling holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Philosophy from University College Dublin, along with a diploma in Commercial Operations from NCI. In addition, Aisling is a Certified performance coach at HRM.
