HRM Search Partners has been exclusively retained by a rapidly expanding global healthcare services company with a proud heritage in Ireland. Based in Dublin, it employs circa 3,500 professionals across diverse geographies, providing innovative healthcare solutions through its Supply Chain and retail, Medical Technology, and Pharmaceutical divisions. Seeking an experienced HR Director who drives ambitious growth and transformation strategies, the successful appointee will lead one of these divisions to its full potential.
The Role
- Lead the People Agenda: Drive this organisation's HR strategy and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture across all geographies.
- Strategic HR Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Transform HR Operations: Collaborate to deliver a best-in-class HR function, embedding tools like Workday for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Talent Development: Cultivate leadership pipelines through robust succession planning and career-defining opportunities.
- M&A Integration: Oversee the integration of acquisitions, with a focus on cultural alignment and operational cohesion.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion impactful initiatives that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Organisational Design: Shape structures and processes that support the company's growth ambitions and operational effectiveness.

Core Areas of Expertise:
- Global HR Leadership: Proven experience in matrixed, multi-jurisdiction environments, with operational expertise in Europe. Previous roles such as Head of HR or Head of HR Business Partnering would be very attractive.
- Irish legislation: Demonstrated experience in managing complex employment law cases.
- HR Transformation: Demonstrated success in implementing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and leading transformation journeys.
- M&A Integration: Hands-on experience with TUPE, cultural alignment, and post-merger integration.
- Commercial Acumen: Aligns HR strategies with measurable business outcomes to drive growth.
- Team Development: Builds and mentors high-performing HR teams, fostering collaboration across functions.
