Job description

An amazing chance to work for an Irish owned organisation with an international presence that values having a significant impact as a Senior Rewards Consultant or Manager. With little guidance, the Senior Rewards Manager will be able to jump right in, roll with the punches, and manage reward programs for the entire organisation.

You will be in charge of creating and refining our incentive philosophy, reporting directly to the Head of Incentive, and making sure it not only fits with our business plan but also advances their people and culture initiatives.

This role is based in Dublin West and offers hybrid working and an option to work 4 days per week.

The Position

  • Reward Strategy Development: Partner with the Head of Reward and HR team to craft and execute a bold, comprehensive reward strategy that meets the evolving needs of our business.
  • Market Benchmarking: Lead the charge in benchmarking our reward packages against the market, ensuring we're competitive while keeping an eye on cost efficiency.
  • Annual Reward Processes: Take ownership of the annual reward processes, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to align reward initiatives with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Expert Guidance: Be the go-to authority on all things reward-related, offering sharp, strategic advice to managers and employees, ensuring everything ties back to our People Proposition.

The Person

  • Proven Expertise: You've got extensive experience in developing reward models, benchmarking, and crafting total reward packages that stand out.
  • Strategic and Analytical: Your commercial acumen is razor-sharp, and you thrive on analysing data to manage complex projects with ease.
  • Effective Communicator: You're not just a talker-you're a doer. You can engage and influence senior management with confidence and clarity.
  • Educational Background: Degree in HR or a related field, with a proven track record of making waves in reward management.

If you're ready to take projects and run with them, working on your own initiative while leading transformative reward strategies, we want to hear from you.
