A leading healthcare provider with over 3000 employees seek a Senior HR Business Partner to support their Medical division in Dublin. Managing a team of 6 you will drive operational and cultural best practice.

The Position

• Leadership & Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient delivery of HR services across departments.
• Strategic Change Management: Support and drive organisational change initiatives, including the cultural shift across Clinical Directorates, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee engagement.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of compliance reports, medical data, and other key information, using professional formats such as graphs, tables, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Employee & Industrial Relations: Manage the IR/ER portfolio, proactively addressing emerging issues in collaboration with the Medical HR Lead, senior leadership, and medical unions, ensuring alignment with policies and medical contracts.
• Induction & Training Support: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure successful bi-annual inductions, conducting checks on data accuracy and reporting induction statistics to relevant departments. Additionally, lead educational and training programs for Medical HR staff and other stakeholders.

The Person

• 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant area.
• Proven experience with in-depth generalist, senior experience, working across areas such as Medical HR, IR-ER, Change Management.
• Must have strong Irish Employment Law experience.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in a Lead position or managing a team.
