HRM Search have partnered with a leading healthcare provider to appoint an experienced interim Senior HR Business Partner in Cork. The role will require the successful appointee to lead the HR agenda for an 800 person business unit.

The Position

• Strategic HR Leadership: Support operational and strategic objectives by delivering HR solutions aligned with business needs.
• Employee Engagement: Develop engagement models and provide HR guidance to managers and employees in your assigned area.
• Workforce Planning: Manage workforce planning, including contract renewals, business cases, and submissions for workforce planning committees.
• Culture & Values: Develop and implement culture and values initiatives within your business partnering area.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with stakeholders to provide high-quality HR advice and support.
• HR Strategy Implementation: Lead HR strategy delivery, service reviews, and projects to support business objectives.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with HR policies, manage employee relations issues, and provide regular HR reports.
• Training & Development: Facilitate training, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.

The Person

• Knowledge and understanding of public sector HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
• 6-8 years experience in HR Business Partnering/Management.
• Available to commence by mid October.
• There is the option of working a 4 or 5 day week.

The Reward

• This is an initial 3 month contract with possibility of extending further.
