- Drive innovation and process improvements, ensuring best-in-class reward practices.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, managing two direct reports.
The Person
- Extensive experience in reward strategy, total rewards, and benchmarking.
- Background in a large multinational or top-tier consultancy.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work at a strategic level.
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing benefit programs and leading a team.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
