Job description

Our client, a leading law firm in Ireland, is renowned for delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. Recognised for its innovative and collaborative approach, the firm provides a dynamic and professional workplace environment.

A skilled and adaptable Recruiter is required to join the team on a 6-month contract, working in a hybrid model. This role primarily focuses on Business Services and Support recruitment, with potential involvement in Fee Earning roles as needed. While the volume of Business Services and Support roles will be low, these positions demand meticulous attention and coordination. Collaboration with the Talent team will be integral to ensuring a seamless recruitment process across all levels.

The Position

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for Business Services and Support roles, ensuring high-quality service and alignment with firm needs.
  • Assist with sourcing and screening for Fee Earning positions when required.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and expectations, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Use various channels to build pipelines of talented professionals.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and ensuring a positive journey from application to onboarding.
  • Represent the firm's brand effectively to attract top talent, showcasing its dynamic and professional environment.
  • Maintain all recruitment activities in line with legal and organisational requirements.

The Person

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in professional services or a corporate environment.
  • Experience handling Business Services and Support roles, with the ability to adapt to Fee Earning recruitment as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, capable of managing complex roles and processes.
  • Proficient in recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems.
  • Understanding the legal or professional services industry is a plus.
