Our client who is a leading organisation in the life sciences industry, specialising in innovative therapies and state-of-the-art manufacturing, is now seeking a LIMS Project Analyst for a 12 month contract at one of their Dublin-based facilities. This role will drive the deployment of LIMS at an advanced testing facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will manage LIMS configuration, master data setup, testing protocols, and stakeholder training to support critical manufacturing, testing, and product release processes.

The Position

• Configure and refine LIMS setups (methods, product specs, schedulers, COA's, labels, etc.) and manage associated master data.
• Develop test scripts and execute both formal and informal LIMS verification.
• Conduct review workshops with users to refine configurations.
• Provide end-user support and training, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
• Assist in developing configuration documentation and collaborate on hardware setups.
• Analyse user requirements and design LIMS interfaces with analytical equipment and SAP.
• Coordinate project tasks, manage stakeholder communications, and drive issue resolution.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of LIMS administration and master data experience.
• Background in finished product pharmaceuticals/biologics and familiarity with cGMP and quality systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.
• Hybrid working model is available.
