Our client is a global organisation with operations across over 40 countries and a headcount of over 30,000. Currently going through significant positive change, the Irish business requires a HR Lead to manage the integration of a change programme in line with local and global legislation as well as bringing others with them through a period of transformation on an interim basis.

The Position

As the HR Lead, you will serve as a key business partner to the senior leadership team, driving the delivery of the HR roadmap and people plan. You will lay the foundation for HR excellence by ensuring people processes, systems, and policies are aligned with global standards and local legislation.

This critical role requires strong business partnering expertise, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a strategic mindset to drive a seamless business integration while delivering an exceptional employee experience. You will play a pivotal role in enabling the organisation to achieve its strategic goals and purpose.

The interim phase of the role will focus on establishing solid HR foundations, including compliance with legislation, aligning systems and processes, and ensuring best practices are in place to support future growth.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with deep expertise in managing change through business knowledge, stakeholder management, relationship building, legislative expertise and senior level collaboration. You will also have, experience in a global organisation with international exposure, proven success in supporting transformation programmes and the ability to navigate and align diverse stakeholder groups.
