The Challenge

As our client was building a new manufacturing facility, they required a team of technical experts to oversee the design, implementation and integration of their DCS platform. Given the scale of the project and complexity of vendor packages this was a pivotal position for their Automation team to hire, especially as they were still recruiting the permanent team to this new operation.

Our Approach

This skillset is in high demand, so we leveraged our research department to pinpoint the most accurate geographically located individuals with the right technical stack.  We engaged the talent pool with a compelling story to garner interest as this was a new entrant to the Irish market and the brand was not well known.

The Outcome

​

Having shared four profiles with the client with a turnaround time of five days all four consultants were taken on and have added immense value throughout the start-up and operational handover of the systems across the site.
